This web site began as a way of supplying more information faster to members of Mountain Shadows Home Owners Association. Our hope is to build a web site that is both informative and enjoyable to all in our community.

Outdoor Watering Restrictions:
Odd-numbered addresses can water on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Even-numbered and unnumbered addresses are allowed to water on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Water use may occur at any time of the day on the assigned days, but to be water efficient, landscape watering should not occur between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m
Welcome to the Mountain Shadows Homeowners Association. Our 9 member board of directors is charged, by you the owners that make up our community, to provide the best and most up to date services available to you. And to do so in the most cost effective manner possible.
This web site is the result of your request to help keep you better informed of the status of your community. We hope you find it a useful tool as we move forward together and continue to make improvements to our community.
